Whether we realize it or not, the words we use impact our mindset, our feelings about ourselves, what we believe we’re capable of, and more. How we talk about ourselves at work, to our partner, to our friends, at the gym, when we’re eating, etc, create a baseline and belief system that we operate from, whether we are aware of it or not.
We cannot change what we do not notice, so in this episode I’m sharing some of the biggest ways we are shooting ourselves in the foot, creating limitations, or otherwise selling ourselves short with our own word choice, and how we can instead use words to feel more confident and live bigger lives.
