But if you’re not a CrossFitter, fear not. There’s still some goodness in here for you, because not only is this transferable to ANY sport, but most things on this list apply to simply how to be a great student of *anything*.
These 5 things are what I would consider best practices for athletes (or students) of any kind, and will be sure to enhance your experience in the gym and beyond.
