Whether you're brand new to a fitness routine (hello New Year Resolution!), or you've been at it for a while, sometimes our own head gets the better of us. We fear looking stupid (being the new guy is tough!), we get caught up in competition, or we worry that the people around us are judging our bodies, abilities, and life choices while we work out.
