While the full, deep inner work required to shift this inner dynamic is what STA is, today I’m taking you through a few reasons WHY ignoring or dismissing or fighting with this inner voice is of no service to you; what these thoughts can teach you; and how to practice meeting them instead.
Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is a skill that is hugely powerful, not only for yourself but for the benefit of the collective— and turning into your own shadows lurking beneath your own negative thought loops is THE place to start this practice, if you haven’t yet.
