It may seem odd to chat about food and fitness during a global pandemic, but the barrage of at-home workouts sort of left us no choice but to address the elephant in the room: the role (solution?) a lot of us rely on fitness to play in our lives.
HUGE amounts of data are hiding in our relationship to our bodies and how we take care of ourselves, what we’re avoiding, what’s driving us, and what we’re scared of.
Namely: Where you are turning against yourself, and pushing with shame instead of leading with love? And why is this actually SO important to be aware of right now?
Because you deserve to be on your own damn team.
