Where it’s going

In the fall of 2020 my husband and I sold our home and just about every single thing we owned and moved aboard a sailboat, opting out of comfort and the illusion of security in favor of adventure, challenge, and a simpler life, away from capitalist empty promises and conventional cultural pursuits. Building a business on Instagram meant that in 2020, when I became disillusioned by social media culture and made the difficult decision to close my account, the better part of my business went with it.

With no prior experience to speak of, we sailed from Seattle to Mexico, and plan to continue traveling indefinitely as we document our life aboard with weekly videos on YouTube. Our lives are now intimately entwined with the rhythms of the sun, moon, and sea, and we are both audience to and participant with the magic of nature herself.

While I am still coaching and publishing regular podcasts, my newsletter is a recently revamped venture that I’m quite excited about, where my curiosities, moments of clarity, and open ended questions all meet — a place to explore all that fascinates and captivates me about the human experience, our role within and as nature, our relationship to ourselves, our minds, technology, the cosmos we inhabit, and beyond.
